(5) Failure to maintain or replace consumables in a timely manner, resulting in the failure or damage of other parts.
(6) Being punctured by external objects such as nails, glass, cutting fragments, sharp stones, etc., resulting in tire leakage or blowout.
(7) Natural disasters are beyond human control.
1、 Warranty principle
(1) When you purchase a car, please conduct on-site testing and debugging, and have the right to request correct usage methods and maintenance items from the sales team. Please provide valid invoices, warranty cards, repair units, addresses, and contact numbers.
(2) Users should operate and use the product correctly according to the user manual. Any performance failure caused by manufacturing quality issues shall be fulfilled by our company in accordance with relevant legal documents and national three guarantee regulations.
(3) For faults outside the scope of the warranty and major components after the warranty period, our company is still responsible for repairing them, but charges will be charged at our discretion.
(4) For battery replacement beyond the warranty period, our company will supply at the factory price, but the batteries must be recycled one-to-one and returned to the battery manufacturer to ensure safety and avoid environmental pollution.
(5) Failure to maintain or replace consumables in a timely manner, resulting in the failure or damage of other parts.
(6) Being punctured by external objects such as nails, glass, cutting fragments, sharp stones, etc., resulting in tire leakage or blowout.
(7) Natural disasters are beyond human control.
2、 Not within the scope and content of the three guarantees
(1) Malfunctions caused by users not following the instructions in the user manual for use, maintenance, and adjustment.
(2) Malfunctions caused by self disassembly and modification by users, as well as non-compliance with usage rules.
(3) Malfunctions caused by improper use, storage, or accidents by users.
(4) No warranty card, failure to return the "receipt" to our company, or vehicles with card or item discrepancies.
(5) Vulnerable parts and consumables are not covered by the three guarantees. Including tires, brakes, seat covers, plastic spokes, rims, and brake wires.
(6) Repair without the consent of the authorized maintenance unit.
(7) After the accessories leave the factory, if the shell is scratched or damaged, it is not covered for repair. Scratches or breakage of the lead wire are not covered by repair.

4、 Warranty Statement
(1) All parts of the vehicle are strictly guaranteed according to the warranty period.
(2) The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
(3) Unauthorized disassembly of controllers, chargers, lithium batteries, and motors will not be covered by warranty.
(4) For other parts of the vehicle, except for warranty within three months due to quality issues, they will not be covered by warranty.
(5) When the entire vehicle malfunctions, repairs must be carried out at the designated car dealership, and unauthorized disassembly and assembly of parts are not allowed. The controller, battery, charger, gearbox, and brake must ensure that all labels are intact and free from any human damage.
(6) When repairing the entire vehicle, a warranty card and certificate of conformity must be issued.
(7) The battery warranty adopts a one-to-one warranty method. In case of battery quality problems, the battery must be returned to our company first. After the company confirms and analyzes the battery, it will determine whether it is damaged according to the testing standards and whether the damage is within the warranty scope before proceeding with the warranty. If it is caused by human factors, the warranty will not be provided and our company will not bear any costs.
(8) The controller is repaired for warranty, and the replaced controller must ensure that all plugs are intact for testing purposes If it cannot be repaired, a new controller will be replaced. If the damage is caused by human error, it will not be covered by warranty and our company will not bear any costs.
(9) Pay attention to the maintenance of the entire vehicle and try to avoid riding in rainwater. Damage to electrical components caused by water ingress will not be covered by warranty.
